Exercise Updates

Saturday, April 30th – a new milestone.  I ran 2 miles without stopping in 24 minutes.  The most I’ve ever run in my entire life.  I was all smiles.

Tuesday, May 3rd – Sprinting intervals for about 15 minutes to confuse my body and burn more calories. Then a 10 minute jog and some walking.

Wednesday, May 4th – A 5 minute warm up, 15 minute jog and some rapid walking for the rest of the half hour. Tuesday was tiring.

Saturday, May 7th – A 2 minute warm up and then a 23 MINUTE JOG!!! Then a 5 minute rapid walk. For a total of 2.5 miles.  Closer and closer to the 3.1 miles I need. Also, this was a milestone, the longest and furthest that I have EVER jogged.

Thursday, May 12 and Saturday, May 14 – 5k’s both days! (walking included, not all jogging) both in 38 minutes.
